Hi, I’m Megan Stiasny — the face behind Root and Reach Media. I’m 24 years old, a proud graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s in business administration, which I earned in just three years.

My passion for social media started at 18, right after high school, when I jumped into network marketing. I went from barely posting to showing up online consistently, sharing my journey, and building a business. I was nervous, unsure, and convinced I’d fail — but I quickly learned that when you post authentically, in a way that feels right for you, and stay consistent, amazing things happen.

Over the last 6+ years, I’ve built my own online brand from scratch, experimenting with strategies, learning what works (and what doesn’t), and attracting an audience who genuinely connected with me. Now, I bring that same experience, creativity, and strategy to help other businesses grow their presence and reach the right people.

I believe social media is more than just posting — it’s storytelling. It’s the image, voice, and connection your audience associates with your brand. My mission is to help you create high-quality, engaging content that reflects who you are and resonates with the people you want to reach.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me lifting at the gym, riding my motorcycle or hanging with my friends!
